VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A person has died after a crash involving a motorcycle in Virginia Beach Monday night.
Virginia Beach police said their officers responded to the crash in the 1500 block of Princess Anne Road around 10:45 p.m.
First responders found 42-year-old Ryan May of Knotts Island, North Carolina, critically injured. May was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators found that May and another motorcyclist were traveling southbound when May lost control of the motorcycle and crashed.
Police said they do not anticipate any charges in the incident.
