VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A 95-year-old man who was reported missing Thursday morning has been found safe, the Virginia Beach Police Department announced Saturday.
A Senior Alert was issued for Aubrey Harrington on Thursday. He was believed to be traveling from the Sentara Bayside Hospital to the Virginia Beach General Hospital when he disappeared, police said.
Police believed Harrington's disappearance was "a credible threat to [his] health and safety" and he has a cognitive impairment.
