VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A man was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison for charges related to a deadly shooting in 2021 at a Virginia Beach nightclub, the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney said.
Trayvon Anthony McCoy, 28, was sentenced to life in prison after a jury convicted him of aggravated murder, first-degree murder and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
On Oct. 28, 2021, McCoy shot William Moore and Joseph Moore with a rifle outside of Allure nightclub around 11 p.m. He had a prior conflict with William Moore.
