VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach man is dead after a crash on Dam Neck Road late last month, the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) said.
The crash happened around 9:30 pm. on July 25 near the intersection with Princess Anne Road.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found two vehicles that had been involved in a collision.
One of the drivers, 52-year-old Brian Rupert, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died, the police department said.
VBPD's Traffic Safety Unit is still actively investigating this incident.
