VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Just in time for the holidays, Hampton Roads' first LEGO Store has opened at Town Center of Virginia Beach!
Town Center announced that the new store is having its grand opening at 172 Central Park Avenue on Friday, November 3. A ribbon cutting was at 10 a.m., followed by a weekend-long celebration with giveaways and free gifts with purchases.
The LEGO Group said the new location will feature Brick Specialists to help find the perfect sets, a Pick & Buil Wall where you can choose your specific shapes and colors, a Hands-on Building meaning you play with LEGOs in-store, and a Mini tower, allowing you can mix and match from a wide selection of Minifigure bottoms, tops, heads, hairs, and more.
The new store also offers plenty of benefits for members of the LEGO VIP loyalty program, including exclusive VIP gifts with purchase and double point events.
There are three other LEGO Stores in the Commonwealth, but all are in Northern Virginia. This is the first location in our area.
