VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — An emergency sewer repair will cause lane closures on Virginia Beach Boulevard starting Friday, the City of Virginia Beach said.
On Friday, one outside lane of westbound Virginia Beach Boulevard between London Bridge Road and Eureka Avenue will be closed from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
On Saturday, two outside lanes of westbound Virginia Beach Boulevard between London Bridge Road and Eureka Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The sewer repair is expected to be complete by 6:30 a.m. on Monday.
Warning signs will be placed advising motorists of the utility work.
