VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- The developers of Town Center have purchased Columbus Village, a shopping center across the street, in hopes of redeveloping it in the future.
The 92,000 square foot retail center, which is currently home to Bed Bath & Beyond, Regal Cinemas and Schlotzky's Deli, was purchased this week by Armada Hoffler Properties.
"Columbus Village gives us the opportunity to build on the success of our flagship Town Center asset through potential future redevelopment,” commented Louis Haddad, Chief Executive Officer.
Last year, the company purchased the other half of the center, which is anchored by Ulta Beauty, Barnes and Noble and several other stores.
The company has not yet addressed their specific plans for the recently shopping center.
