VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) confirms a crash involving a city school bus Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of London Bridge Road and Hornet Drive. As of 3:15 p.m., VBPD was still responding to the crash at the scene, a spokesman said.
Students were on the bus at the time of the crash, but none were injured, police said.
Two people who were not on the school bus were taken to a local hospital with injuries, but both were "stable," according to police.
No further information has been released.
