SUFFOLK, Va. — 17-year-old Issabelle Sprouse was last seen on Sept. 18 near the Kickback Jack's on College Drive, and Suffolk police are now seeking the public's assistance in finding her.
She was last seen wearing a charcoal gray shirt, black pants and black Crocs. She is a described as a white female with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities think she could potentially be in the Fredericksburg area.
