SUFFOLK, Va. — The Suffolk Fire Marshals office is investigating a shed fire Monday afternoon.
Suffolk Fire & Rescue responded to a fire in the 200 block of King's Highway in the Chuckatuck borough of the city around 12:44 p.m. When crews arrived, they found flames coming from a shed.
Officials said the fire was extinguished before it could spread to the house, so no residents were displaced.
No one was injured.
The Suffolk Fire Marshals office is investigating the cause of the fire.
