SUFFOLK, Va. — The City of Suffolk has reported phone outages affecting all city phone lines.
Suffolk's city phone lines are down and are affecting communication with various city departments.
Officials said the outage is not affecting emergency 911 lines or calls. However, residents were advised to use the phone number 757-925-1446 to call Suffolk Emergency Communications for any non-emergency matters.
The phone lines have been down since early Wednesday morning.
