SUFFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- A Newport News man allegedly elbowed an officer during an arrest and now faces additional charges.
Andre Julian Holloway, 25, was being arrested for public intoxication in the 6200 block of College Drive on Nov. 27 when he allegedly became combative.
Holloway faces charges of assault and battery on law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice and public intoxication.
