SUFFOLK, Va. — A multiple-vehicle crash closed all lanes on I-664 in Suffolk Tuesday morning, according to VDOT.
VDOT cameras showed I-664 in Suffolk near Western Freeway close to Bon Secours Health Center at Harbor View in complete gridlock at one point in the morning.
All lanes have reopened and traffic is flowing clearly.
