SUFFOLK, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash caused major delays on I-664 North on the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel heading into Newport News Tuesday morning.
According to VDOT backups span miles. Virginia State Police says there were no injuries in the crash that occurred around 6:25 a.m.
