SUFFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are investigating after two men were shot in downtown Suffolk Sunday morning.
City spokesperson Diana Klink said authorities were called to the 200 block of Central Avenue at 8:32 a.m. Upon arrival, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Medics treated the men at the scene before taking them to a local hospital. One victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and the other is in serious condition, Klink said.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the shooting and ask anyone with information to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
