SUFFOLK, Va. — Two people are severely injured after a crash on Wednesday, Suffolk Police Department said.
Suffolk Fire & Rescue, Suffolk Police, Virginia State Police and Southampton County Sherriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on Route 58 around 4:35 p.m.
The driver and passenger of the car were severely injured and both were medivacked to the hospital. The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured.
The accident is still under investigation.
