PORTSMOUTH, Va. — All eastbound lanes on the West Norfolk Bridge are blocked Thursday night after a single-vehicle accident.
The Portsmouth Police Dept. tweeted about the accident close to 8 p.m.
The department said one man was taken to the hospital after the accident. He is expected to be okay.
Police have not yet released information on what led up to the accident or when lanes will reopen.
