PORTSMOUTH, Va. -- Students and staff at Portsmouth's I.C. Norcom High School are being dismissed early on Monday, due to a water main break.
According to Portsmouth Public Schools, water will be shut off at the school, and students dismissed at 9:15 a.m.
All after-school activities are also canceled for Monday.
There's no word on how long repairs to the water main will take.
