PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A tractor-trailer crash Friday is causing major delays on east and westbound lanes.
According to VDOT, on I-264 Westbound near mile marker 1.6 in Portsmouth, an "incident" is causing major delays. That's near the Greenwood Drive exit.
Their traffic cams show that westbound lanes are completely closed. The camera also shows the tractor-trailer has overturned and is on its side across the roadway.
