PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth Police detectives are investigating a robbery at a Dollar General Saturday.
The robbery was called in around 8:15 a.m. in the 6200 block of Portsmouth Boulevard.
Police said a man — wearing a reflective work vest — entered the store and demanded money. The man pointed a firearm at the clerk and fled the store on foot.
Police shared a surveillance video photo of the man.
No one was injured and the investigation is ongoing.
