PORTSMOUTH, Va. — On Oct. 14 just after 7:15 p.m., Portsmouth police were called to the 1100 block of Frederick Boulevard to respond to a shooting.
Officers were notified that the victim, an adult male, walked in to a local hospital to receive treatment for a gunshot wound.
