PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth detectives are searching for a person of interest in connection with an Oct. 15 homicide.
Portsmouth Police got the call to a neighborhood near Woodstock Street at 10:52 a.m. and found a 17-year-old boy with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He died from his injuries.
Police said they want to talk to Richard Banks about the incident.
Police are asking the public if they have any information on
