PORTSMOUTH, Va. — As of Monday morning, police investigators have suspended the search for an elderly Portsmouth man who had been missing for more than three weeks.
Howard Lee Gaskins, 79, was last seen on July 19, according to Public Information Officer Elexcia Washington with the Portsmouth Police Department.
Washington shares that Gaskins has been located, and that they could not share additional details at the time.
He was somewhere in the 4800 block of Portsmouth Boulevard.
