PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVEC) -- An oath of office ceremony was held Monday morning for the new Portsmouth Fire Chief.
City Manager Lydia Pettis Patton announced Dwayne Bonnette's appointment, last month.
Bonnette was sworn in at 10 a.m. in the City Council chambers.
