PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man was killed Wednesday night after a shooting in Portsmouth, the police department confirmed.
According to police, it happened on the 60 block of Dale Drive around 6:45 p.m.
Police identified the victim as 45-year-old Edward Lamont Santiful. He was brought to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Police didn't share what led to the shooting or any suspect information.
