PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man has been injured in a shooting on Wednesday morning, the Portsmouth Police Department said.
PPD responded to a call reporting a shooting in the 10 block of Gillis Road at 12:34 a.m.
When officers arrived they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital.
No suspect has been named.
Portsmouth police are still investigating this incident.
