PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man is recovering after being shot in Portsmouth.
Police say the shooting happened on Sept. 20, around 10:20 a.m. in the 300 block of Gilmerton Avenue. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man had been shot.
Police have not shared the condition of the victim or if they are searching for a suspect.
