PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man was injured in a shooting that happened Tuesday evening, Portsmouth police say.
The Portsmouth Police Department is investigating the shooting. It was reported in the 500 block of Kent Drive, according to a press release from Portsmouth police.
The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of multiple gunshot wounds. There is no word yet on the extent of his injuries. Police also haven’t released any information on potential suspects.
