PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A missing Portsmouth man has been found safe according to Virginia State Police.
A search was underway to find a missing 65-year-old man who has the mental capacity of a child late Wednesday afternoon, the Portsmouth Police Department (PPD) said.
Virginia State Police also released a senior alert for Jimmy Carney, before updating Thursday morning that he had been found safe at Riverside Hospital in Newport News, according to Portsmouth Police.
