PORTSMOUTH, Va. — UPDATE: Portsmouth Police said the boy has returned home.

Portsmouth police are trying to find a missing teenager out of Portsmouth.
13-year-old Micah Wiggins had previously been reported missing on December 30 and was returned home safely on January 3. He has been reported missing again on Saturday.
Investigators say that he was last seen on Friday around 4:00 p.m. near the 1200 block of Nero Drive. He is 5'3, 150 pounds, last seen wearing a blue bubble coat with blue jeans and colored crocs.
Portsmouth Police urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Special Victims Unit at 757-393-8536 or anonymously submit a tip by calling 1-888-562-5887.
