PREVIOUS STORY: The Portsmouth Police Department is looking for a missing 10-year-old boy.
David Wayne Reid III was last seen Sunday shortly before 9:45 p.m. in the 3900 block of Arlington Place, according to police. He was wearing a hoodie, jeans and Crocs shoes, all colored black, at the time.
Police described the child as a white male with short brown hair and blue eyes. He is close to five feet tall and weighs 80 pounds.
