PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man has died after a car crash on Friday, the Portsmouth Police Department (PPD) said.
Portsmouth police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Effingham Avenue around 4:41 p.m. When officers arrived they found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was transported to the hospital where he later died.
PPD is still investigating. More details will be provided when available.
