NORFOLK, Va. — A woman was seriously injured in a pedestrian crash early Thursday morning, the Norfolk Police Department said.
NPD responded to a crash in the 9000 block of Chesapeake Blvd around 7 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a woman injured. She was transported to the hospital with life-threatening in juries.
Norfolk police is still investigating this incident.
