NORFOLK, Va. — Nauticus' WinterFest on the Wisconsin is returning to Norfolk!
For the fifth annual WinterFest, the theme is holiday movies.
"It’s our fifth season of WinterFest and we’re going full out Griswold," said Stephen E. Kirkland, executive director of Nauticus. "We’ve been watching holiday movies around here since March to get in the zone.”
WinterFest on the Wisconsin will be open from Nov. 15, 2024, until Jan. 1, 2025.
There will be a grand display of lights, live performances, and festive food. A team of elves will be recreating classic holiday movie scenes. Attendees can also view holiday decorations aboard Battleship Wisconsin.
Tickets are currently on sale. All WinterFest proceeds will support the Nauticus Foundation's efforts of restoration and interpretation of the Battleship Wisconsin.
