NORFOLK, Va. — According to VDOT, a vehicle crash was causing delays on I-64 westbound Monday morning.
The left shoulder, left lane and left center lane near Norview Avenue were closed while the crash was contained, says VDOT. Roads have reopened and traffic is flowing.
