NORFOLK, Va., (WVEC) -- The traffic lights at Tidewater Drive and Brambleton Avenue are working Wednesday, according to Norfolk police.
The traffic lights were out a few hours after a accident caused an outage.
The call of an accident came in to dispatch around 2:40 a.m.
