NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Police in Norfolk are looking for a man in connection with a deadly shooting in the city's Young Terrace neighborhood.
27-year-old Robert T. Lucas III was shot in the 200 block of Nicholson Street last Wednesday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have now charged 39-year-old Mitchell R. Grice with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Grice is considered armed and dangerous.
