NORFOLK, Va. —
74-year-old Larry D. Collins was found safely in Norfolk, according to the city's Police Department.
At 10:26 a.m., detectives alerted the public that Collins had gone missing around 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday in the 3900 block of Llewellyn Avenue.
At the time authorities said they believed Collins may need medical assistance due to him suffering from dementia.
