NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Norfolk police are investigating an alleged sexual assault that happened near ODU.
Authorities say on April 19, a 19-year-old woman filed a police report for a sexual assault that happened overnight on April 15.
The woman said she was sexually assaulted by a 22-year-old man she knew inside a residence in the 1000 block of West 49th Street.
According to police, no charges have been filed.
The investigation is ongoing.
