NORFOLK, Va. — One man has been pronounced dead at the scene of a shooting in Norfolk Sunday night.
The call came in around 10 p.m. to the 1600 block of Madison Avenue, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
Police are still investigating the scene. More details will be released as they become available.
