NORFOLK, Va. — 77-year-old Phyllis Criss was found safely in the City of Norfolk Wednesday afternoon, according to a Norfolk Police Department's social media post.
Around 3 p.m. police sent out a missing person alert to cellular devices, letting people know Criss was last seen at 885 Kempsville Road around 10:15 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Norfolk police also said they believed she suffered from dementia and may have been in need of medical assistance.
