NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk Police Department is looking for a 62-year-old woman who went missing on Friday morning.
Elizabeth Weikum was last seen around 9 a.m. near Modoc Avenue in the Ocean View area, and may still be there. According to police, she may be wearing a gray long-sleeved oversized shirt and black yoga-style shorts with white dragons.
Police said they're concerned for her safety as they believe she has a cognitive disability.
