NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk Police Department is investigating a shooting on 19th Bay Street.
The call came in at 3:50 p.m., according to the Norfolk Police Department. Police located a victim in the 9500 block.
Neighbors who did not want to appear on camera told 13News Now that they heard voices and then gunshots. They also said the number of incidents lately has made them consider moving.
