NORFOLK, Va. — Two people were displaced after a fire early Sunday morning, officials say.
Norfolk Fire-Rescue officials say crews were called to West 27th Street off of Colley Avenue for a report of a fire around 6:20 a.m. When they arrived, smoke and flames were seen coming from a 2 story home.
Crews aggressively attacked the fire from inside and stopped it from growing. It was marked under control at 7 a.m.
Two people were displaced and no injuries have been reported. Fire Marshals are investigating the cause of the incident.
