NORFOLK, Va. — A tractor-trailer collision caused major delays on I-64 East in Norfolk Wednesday morning.
Norfolk Fire Rescue responded to the crash near Exit 281A and Robin Hood Road.
The east entrance and all eastbound lanes were closed. Motorists experienced traffic backups up to 5.5 miles.
