NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Fire-Rescue (NFR) is investigating a house fire early Friday morning.
Crews responded to a single-story house fire on Courtney Avenue around 3:45 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they found flames coming from the roof of the house.
Firefighters extinguished the fire, and it was under control at 4:05 a.m.
Officials said no one was home during the fire and no one was displaced.
NFR is still investigating the cause of the fire.
