NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Fire-Rescue (NFR) is investigating a fire Saturday morning.
Crews responded to a fire at 750 Lesner Avenue around 7:33 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they found smoke coming from a detached apartment/garage.
The fire was under control at 8:06 a.m. Officials said the fire didn't spread to the main house.
No one was home during the fire. The Red Cross will be assisting once the residents make contact with them.
NFR is still investigating the cause of the fire.
