NORFOLK, Va. — One person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a car crash in Norfolk on Sunday.
The crash happened at Raby Road at East Virginia Beach Boulevard, according to the Norfolk Police Department. The call came in about 5:30 p.m.
