NORFOLK, Va. — A crash near the westbound entrance of the HRBT caused delays on Monday morning.
According to VDOT, a multi-vehicle crash closed the west left shoulder and left lane. Traffic backups extended miles, but lanes have reopened and traffic is flowing.
Virginia State Police say they received word of the crash around 8:50 a.m. involving 4 cars and there are injuries involved.
