NORFOLK, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash on I-64 caused traffic to back up on Thursday morning, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
I-64 west express lanes were closed.
VDOT said motorists can use the general purpose lanes and should expect delays.
